As companies across the world confront COVID-19 Coronavirus, please let us know if you’d like to share your story of any unique steps your company is taking to prepare for and combat this virus. For example, some companies are issuing temporary leave of absence policies to clarify how they will handle time off and sick pay for their workforce. We anticipate ARAWC members and employers with QCARE-designated injury benefit programs will lead the way in ensuring workplace safety and responsibly addressing employee benefits.
We urge you to consult with your team, injury benefit program advisor and outside counsel to more fully discuss and plan for how coronavirus may be handled under your company’s injury benefit program and liability claim management.
