No, the interview will be pre-recorded. This allows us to add additional production elements and edits as needed after the recording.

How long will the interview last?

The interview typically lasts around 30 to 40 minutes. However, please allocate an additional 15-30 minutes for pre- and post-interview preparations.

What sort of questions will you ask?

No interview is the same, but generally, you'll be asked to share your journey within your industry, share some stories or anecdotes related to change or risk management within your career, recent developments in your industry or career, and weigh in on the future of your industry.

Ryan will discuss some ideas with you for questions and topics before your interview, and you are welcome to suggest some of your own.

Can I share the interview with my network?

Absolutely! Once the interview is released, you are encouraged to share your appearance with your friends and colleagues.
